Hi, my name is Loredana. I am a certified massage therapist based in Reykjavík, and my work is focused on helping people reduce pain, improve movement, and feel better in their own body.
My sessions are not standard massages, but tailored treatments designed around your body and your needs.
I work by looking at the body as a whole, where pain, posture, and tension are connected. The goal is not only to relieve symptoms, but to support real and lasting change.
Alongside manual therapy, I may include simple postural or movement guidance to help maintain the results over time.
At the same time, I integrate holistic approaches that allow the body to slow down, release tension, and restore balance.
Each session is a space where you can slow down, reconnect with your body, and be supported through a process of recovery and well-being.
