Ku Nyè is a traditional form of Tibetan massage and a vital component of Traditional Tibetan Medicine. This ancient practice is designed to restore energetic balance, stimulate blood circulation, and promote deep physical and mental well-being.
Each session begins with a Tibetan pulse diagnosis, a subtle yet profound technique used to identify imbalances among the three energies (Lung, Tripa, and Beken), allowing the treatment to be tailored to the individual’s unique constitution.
The massage involves fluid strokes, gentle pressure, and targeted manipulations to activate energy points, dissolve blockages, and support the free flow of life energy (Loong).
Throughout the treatment, guided conscious breathing is encouraged, helping the body to relax, the mind to settle, and the entire system to reconnect in a state of grounded calm.
